Colac Otway Workforce, and BayCity Workforce are private, locally owned and operated companies and were founded in 1995.

The company began Trading as Colac Otway Workforce, delivering employment services throughout Colac & the Western District to local businesses.

The business was designed to provide all types of industries and individuals with an alternative option to government funded agencies when requiring services such as staff recruitment, temporary & permanent staff and contract labour.

Being positioned locally we are able to recognise the local demands and requirements that small businesses and specialist industries in this district. In 1998 it became apparent to company directors that there was a need for a group training company in the Colac and surrounding region to offer apprenticeship & traineeship services to local employers.

Victorian Group Training Company a division of Cartwright McCallum Enterprises Pty Ltd was then founded to service local businesses needs when recruiting Trainees & Apprentices.

In 2000 we expanded to Geelong to provide the same professional services to businesses in the Geelong & South Barwon region.
